Based on the title deeds’ specifications, we’ll formulate a discharge and dispatch it to your lender.

The lender, upon receiving the discharge, will authenticate it, either by affixing their signature or their official seal, and subsequently return the endorsed deed to us.

We’ll meticulously prepare the registration documents and forward them, together with the discharge, to the Land Registry Scotland for official documentation.

Once these documents undergo processing and the Registry’s archives are updated, reflecting the property’s unencumbered status, the deeds are reverted to us. You can then choose to retain them personally or entrust them to our care.
